How does Krumo know when my starter will peak?

Fermentation speeds up as it warms, roughly halving the time to peak for every nine degrees Celsius. Every starter differs a little. Krumo records the temperature you log with each feed alongside the peak you mark, and fits a curve to those points. After three marked peaks it stops using the textbook number and starts using yours.

It says "baker's rule of thumb". Why isn't it using my starter?

A fit needs at least three marked peaks to mean anything, and it says so under the chart until it has them. Mark peaks at a few different kitchen temperatures and the curve gets sharper, because the slope needs a spread of temperatures to be measurable at all.

What counts as the peak?

The moment the surface domes and just begins to flatten. A little early beats a little late.

My reminders are at the wrong time

They are placed from the temperature you entered with that feed. If the kitchen was warmer or colder than you logged, the prediction moves with it. Log the temperature you actually have and the reminders follow.

I bought Pro and it isn't unlocked

Open Settings with the button at the top right of the starter screen and tap Restore purchase, right under Krumo Pro. If that does not do it, email me from the Apple ID you bought with.

Can I export my log?

Not yet. Everything lives on your device. Export is on the list.

How do I delete everything?

Delete the app. There is no copy anywhere else.
